Services

Community Care Developmental Services, Corp. began providing services to adults with developmental and behavioral supports needs since 2022. Our experiences include the HCBS Waiver supports within the community supports waivers, and supporting families throughout Maryland. Our team is comprised of professionals with over 20 years of experience.

Our supports are also inclusive of:

• Community Development Services- Comprehensive support services designed to provide independence, personal growth, and community inclusion.
• Community Living Group Home- Safe, supportive home-like environments where individuals can develop life skills and reach their full potential with personalized care.
• Family Support- Provides flexible support and resources that help indviduals and families maintain independence, strengthen daily living skills, and enhance quality of life at home and in the community.
• Behavioral Support- Helps individuals develop positive behaviors, build independence, and achieve personal goals through individualized strategies, training, and ongoing support. 
• Nursing Support Services- Professional nursing care provided with compassion and expertise to support health, wellness, and quality of life.  
• Personal Support- Assistance with daily living activities that promote dignity, independence, and personal choice.
• Respite Hourly- Flexible, short-term support that provides individuals and families with a break and a peace of mind.
